Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that cancelling your order will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Since flooring and blinds are a bespoke product tailored to fit your home’s unique rooms and sizes, cancellation within 14 days will not result in a refund.

 

Once an order has been placed, the measuring service is deemed a chargeable service and the deposit paid is not refundable.  When you place the order, we will instruct for the carpet/blinds to be ordered and cut to your specifications. If more than 14 days’ notice is given, a 25% chargeback on every payment will be applied to cover administrative charges.
