What areas do you cover?

We have a network of local sales reps and fitters to cover Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire and surrounding areas. When your local rep calls, they’ll confirm coverage for your postcode and book a time that suits you both.

How long does the home visit take?

Appointments usually take 30 - 45 minutes. Our fitter will measure your space, bring samples and help you choose the perfect option for your home.

Am I obligated to buy something on the day?

Your home visit is completely free with no obligation. We’ll show you your options and leave the decision entirely up to you - no pressure, just friendly advice.

Do you do evening or weekend appointments?

We do offer evening and weekend appointments to fit around you. Simply tell us what works best when booking and we’ll arrange a convenient time.

Is a credit check required?

No, we don’t require credit checks. Our pay-weekly plans are 0% interest, with a deposit followed by agreed weekly or monthly payments - simple and straightforward.

How quickly can someone come out?

We aim to book appointments within 48 hours. Need us sooner? Let us know when booking or call us on 01206 673000 and we’ll do our best to help.

Is fitting included?

Fitting is carried out by independent partner contractors and the fitting fee is paid directly to your fitter, separately from your payments to Pay Weekly Carpets & Blinds for your materials. Fitting will normally take place at the same time as delivery, unless exceptional circumstances require an alternative arrangement.
